Can You
Perceive It?

Isn’t it amazing how you can read a scripture at various times in your life, and each time you read it you can learn something new from it?!  That is how it has been with me the past few days with a series of scripture.  One scripture is Isaiah 43:19.

Can You Perceive It?

Isn’t it amazing how you can read a scripture at various times in your life, and each time you read it you can learn something new from it?!  That is how it has been with me the past few days with a series of scripture.  One scripture is Isaiah 43:19.

I have heard the scripture in Isaiah 43:19 quoted many times as well as personally speaking it over people when I have prayed for them.   Isaiah 43:19 says

See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
   and streams in the wasteland.

Let’s look at the word “perceive”.   The definition of “perceive” has two definitions.  One definition is “become aware or conscious of (something); come to realize or understand.” The second definition is “interpret or look on (someone or something) in a particular way; regard as”.

This past weekend I went to a leadership conference, and I had lots of great teaching.  One particular speaker said two phrases that made me go “ooh”.  Those phrases were “inner voice” and “inner sight”.   Inner voice was not a new term to me.  That is how we hear God talk to us - In a still small voice. What about inner sight?  God is always talking about sight.

I’ve been praying for over a year, Ephesians 1 asking God to give me revelations.  Well, over the past few days God has done that for me in regards to “inner sight”.

You know how the Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary,  and Mary conceived Jesus.  Just like the Holy Spirit did that for Mary’s destiny, The Holy Spirit does that for our destiny.  He overshadows us with our destiny.  We have to be willing to accept and receive the destiny that God has for us.  A part of accepting and receiving that destiny is being able to “see” it. It hasn’t been my experience that God doesn’t show us our entire destiny, but He lights up our path one step at a time.

What has God called you to do?  Can you see yourself successful at doing what God has called you to do?

I AM MY FATHER’S DAUGHTER
(a poem of affirmations)

I walk with God everyday,
I hear His voice clearly.
I am led by the Holy Spirit
in everything that I do.
I am My Father’s daughter.
I come boldly before
My Father’s throne daily
I am a citizen in My Father’s Kingdom
In My Father, I live, move, and have my being.
I am My Father’s daughter!

When I put my efforts on a project, the project blossoms and becomes.
I am blessed everywhere that I walk
Everything that I touch prospers.
I am My Father’s daughter.

I am HIs Daughter so I can have whatever I pray for.
My smile, fist bumps, hand shakes, and hugs are powerfully anointed.
I pray for the sick and they recover, I speak and darkness must flee because
I am My Father’s daughter.

My finances are blessed because I am created in my Father’s image.
He gives, so therefore, I give. Since I give
My Father opens the windows of Heaven upon me.
I am My Father’s daughter.

I am the apple of My Father’s eye. He delights in me.
In Him I am wanted, accepted, and loved.
Because I love Him with my whole heart, He Protects Me Under His Wings
I am My Father’s daughter.
I am successful in business, in ministry,  in teaching
I throw off my old self, and I choose the life My Father has for me.
Failure is not in my vocabulary
For I am My Father’s daughter.
I am the leading lady in my life.
I control my actions and attitudes.
I am an overcomer.
I am My Father’s daughter.
When life gets too hard for others It’s just right for me
for Greater Is He that is in Me Than He that is In this world.
For I am My Father’s daughter.
